§ 8-2115. Additional violations.

(a)

Any property owner who violates any order of abatement pursuant to this chapter is guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor.

(b)

Any person who removes or defaces any notice as required by this chapter is guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor.

(c)

Any person who obstructs, impedes or interferes, or causes another to do so, with any abatement actions performed pursuant to this chapter is guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor.
